Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Nic Pouch Point, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Returns

You have two days from the date of delivery to return a product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@nicpouchpoint.com.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
