UK Delivery

We deliver across the UK using reliable and tracked delivery services to ensure your nicotine pouches arrive safely and on time.

Orders placed before 2PM on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–5 working days
Express Delivery: Estimated 1–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external carrier factors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery option chosen. Free delivery may be available on orders over £20*.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not home during delivery, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please follow the steps provided by the delivery service.

Incorrect or Delayed Orders

Delivery Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
